| Fire Roasted Fruit and Vegetables |

We designed and built a substantial moving fire roasting griddle with direct flame applied above and below it. The vegetables are passed through this inferno at varying speeds to achieve the desired level of cook and fire roast charring. The product is then bagged and cooled. The process is high care. Although the charring is unsuitable for some applications it is ideal for sauces and soups where the further cooking develops these flavours in the rest of the mix. No oils are added when fire roasting thus giving a beneficial nutritional declaration. We are also launching a range of flame roast spices, prepared, as they would be in a traditional Asian kitchen. |
