Haco - Savoury Ingredients.

HACO was founded in 1922. They now produce a wide range of products, of which we supply Dry Savoury Flavours, Coffee and Tea extracts. HACO uses the most advanced technology, such as, extraction, freeze-drying, agglomeration, instantising, continuous vacuum-oven drying, spray drying, blending processes and others. DRY SAVOURY FLAVOURS – PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION
 
HYDROLYSED VEGETABLE PROTEINS ~ A range of basic savoury ingredients produced by the hydrolysis (acid and enzyme) of various vegetables proteins such as soy, wheat and corn.  These give meaty brothy profiles suitable for a variety of uses.  They are both economical in use and very versatile.  Haco has over 60 years of experience in producing this product range
 
HACOFOND ~ A range of products produced exclusively with common, pure food materials that can be found in your kitchen (with the exception that yeast or yeast extract may be used). The production process is adapted from professional chefs’ sauce preparation techniques. Hacofonds give food a complex background flavour and have the advantage of a clean label ingredients statement.
 
HACO TOPAROM  ~ Toparom products are non-HVP Maillard-type process flavours. They are based mainly on yeast extract, soy sauce and enzymatic digestion of proteins. Toparom manufacturing includes a process, which mimics cooking, or roasting of meat. Toparoms are used where a strong and pronounced flavour is required. Declared as Process Flavours.
 
SPECIALITY FLAVOURS /FUNCTIONAL PRODUCTS~
 
FLAVOR TOOL 3400 ~ Natural Flavour Enhancer.  Can replace MSG on a 1:1 ratio.

TRADITIONAL BAKERY BOOST ~ A yeast based product designed to give a powerful ‘fresh baked’ aroma and taste to pizza crust and bread. Useful for masking the after taste of chemical raising agents. Can also be used in batter systems, for a yeasty beer effect.

Haco - Coffee and Tea Extracts

Savoury Flavour Ingredients
HACO Coffee Extracts are produced from selected and freshly roasted green coffee beans. The origin of these beans, the various types, and the meticulous roasting as well as exquisite and balanced blending assure particular characteristics and full flavoured aroma to each type of extract.
 
Coffee extracts of HACO Ltd are available in various qualities and flavours. They are particularly suitable for a natural flavouring of dairy products, desserts, soft drinks, pastry and confectionery, chocolates etc.
 
 
HACO have also developed 100% natural tea extracts, which can be used as perfect flavourings. The Hibiscus tea extract in powdered or liquid form is an excellent colouring (red).
