HACO uses the most advanced technology, such as, extraction, freeze-drying, agglomeration, instantising, continuous vacuum-oven drying, spray drying, blending processes and others. They have achieved ISO9000 accreditation. DRY SAVOURY FLAVOURS PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION HYDROLYSED VEGETABLE PROTEINS ~ A range of basic savoury ingredients produced by the hydrolysis (acid and enzyme) of various vegetables proteins such as soy, wheat and corn. These give meaty brothy profiles suitable for a variety of uses. They are both economical in use and very versatile. Haco has over 60 years of experience in producing this product range HACOFOND ~ A range of products produced exclusively with common, pure food materials that can be found in your kitchen (with the exception that yeast or yeast extract may be used). The production process is adapted from professional chefs sauce preparation techniques. Hacofonds give food a complex background flavour and have the advantage of a clean label ingredients statement. HACO TOPAROM ~ Toparom products are non-HVP Maillard-type process flavours. They are based mainly on yeast extract, soy sauce and enzymatic digestion of proteins. Toparom manufacturing includes a process, which mimics cooking, or roasting of meat. Toparoms are used where a strong and pronounced flavour is required. Declared as Process Flavours. SPECIALITY FLAVOURS /FUNCTIONAL PRODUCTS~ FLAVOR TOOL 3400 ~ Natural Flavour Enhancer. Can replace MSG on a 1:1 ratio. TRADITIONAL BAKERY BOOST ~ A yeast based product designed to give a powerful fresh baked aroma and taste to pizza crust and bread. Useful for masking the after taste of chemical raising agents.
