They have state of the art spice processing technology and are able to offer; chemical free processing of spices; Steam treatment (micro control); liquid control; micro encapsulation; micro fine (cryogenic) grinding; computer controlled blending systems.

ENCAPSULATED SPICES
Encapsulated Spices offer a standardised high content of flavour. They achieve high storage stability by encapsulation of valuable spice ingredients. This Process also enables the spices to sustain a constant taste and flavour profile, with reduced germ count and enzymatic activity without gas treatment and irradiation.

MICRO CONTROL SPICES
The reduction of germ counts within these spices is achieved without the use of ethylene oxide or irradiation. They maintain a constant flavour and aroma profile, and contain no chemical additives.

GREEN PEPPERCORNS IN BRINE
A speciality product, the peppercorns are grown exclusively in the Amazon and are harvested when young and unripe, but already firm. The product is preserved in light vinegar and low-salt solution at harvest and transported to Germany, where it is rigorously cleaned (sterilised), sorted and calibrated. The quality, uniformity and purity of this product set the standard for others to follow. Available in 6kg (net drained) tins.
